New Build Family Home

We acted as the developer for this new build family home.  Demolition contractors were hired to remove the house which stood on this half acre plot.  We interviewed and sourced the architect and set the direction for the style and scope of the house.  We sent the package out for tender to building contractors, awarded the job and collaborated with all suppliers for the interior design and exterior including but not limited to landscape designers, audio visual consultants, kitchen, bathroom, furniture, soft furnishings and all FF&E suppliers.

The result was a beautiful and timeless family home which still looks good years later.
